All repairs require a diagnostic fee before a shipping label will be provided. Minimum repair charges are $35 for any attempted repairs. This will be included in your final quote and is not a separate charge.
All repairs will be offered an estimate. Repair costs can change due to unforeseen issues. Any increase in estimates will be communicated before services are performed.
Current turn around time for diagnostics is 24-48 hours. A firm time frame for your repair will be provided upon receipt of the device. Most repairs are done within 1-7 business days.
We accept a wide range of devices, including smartphones, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and custom PCs. If you're unsure about your specific device, feel free to contact us for clarification.
We do require basic information such as name, phone number, and email, to keep a record of your repairs. Your information will never be sold or provided to any other companies.
We're aware your devices contain sensitive information. In most repairs, data security is extremely high. If there is a risk to data loss, you will be informed and offered to make a backup before services are performed.
Your information is secure with us. We will never, under any circumstance, make any copies or duplicates of your information without express permission to do so.
Board Fix Tech does not store or keep any payment information. Currently we are only accepting payments through PayPal. Let us know if you need alternative payment methods.
