Pick your preferred shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and package your device securely. Please include your estimate inside the package.
This one is on us! We will repair your device. We will ship your device back once the repair is paid in full, typically same or next day.
Current turn around time for diagnostics is estimated at 24-48 hours upon receipt of your device. Additional turn around time for repairs will be provided with a diagnostic response. Traditional repairs are completed within 1-7 business days upon receipt of your device.
It is the customers responsibility to receive a repair estimate. Without proper contact information, we may not be able to return your device. It is required the customer pay at minimum the diagnostic fee and return shipping, otherwise Board Fix Tech may retain your device.

We accept a wide range of devices, including smartphones, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and custom PCs. If you're unsure about your specific device, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Repair cost can range greatly depending on the device and services requested. Part cost is a large contributor to final estimates. These are not firm estimates, but some general prices you can expect:
Repair times vary based on the device and the nature of the issue. Usually the longest portion of your repair will consist of waiting for parts to come in. We will make an effort to give you an accurate time estimate with your quote, but part arrival can cause delays. Typically, most repairs are completed within 1-7 business days, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
We accept various payment methods, including debit and credit cards, PayPal, checks, and bank transfers. Payment is collected after you approve the repair estimate.
If paying by check, we will have to wait until the deposit clears to initiate repairs. Deposits are required before repairs can proceed.
Customers are responsible for shipping to and from Board Fix Tech. Return shipping costs will be included in a final estimate. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to send your device. We will use your contact information and original packaging provided to ship your device back to you. It is highly recommended you purchase shipping insurance for your device. Customers may opt into shipping insurance for their return shipping.
We currently use USPS Ground Advantage for all our return shipping. Most shipments are completed within 2-5 business days. Board Fix Tech is not responsible for any delays in shipping after your device has been left with USPS. It is recommended to use a ground shipping method since almost all devices include lithium-ion batteries, which are forbidden on aircraft transport. Please refer to our shipping charges below for an estimate of return shipping:
Shipping insurance is an opt-in program. We highly recommended it as Board Fix Tech cannot claim responsibility for lost or damaged devices due to shipping issues.
Yes! All eligible repairs come with a 60-day warranty, covering parts and labor. While we take great care with all devices, Board Fix Tech cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
Once we receive your device, we’ll send you a confirmation email with an update and a turn around estimate. If you are in need of additional information, feel free to contact us via your initial estimate email.
Absolutely. If you require cancellation of your repair, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Any unpaid bench fees and return shipping fees will still require fulfillment to return your device. Please see our service policy for more information about cancellations.
